Who can perform HydroFill Lips™

Required Licensing

When considering HydroFill Lips™ training, it’s important to understand your local licensing requirements. In general, HydroFill Lips™ can be performed by several types of licensed professionals, including:

• Nurse
• Esthetician
• Cosmetologist
• Permanent Makeup Artist

What You Need to Know

Check with your local state board to be sure you are allowed to needle to the depth  0.25mm in the epidermis, as this is the optimal depth for the HydroFill Lips™ treatment.

1. Safety: Follow sterile techniques and proper infection control protocols to minimize the risk of complications.
2. Blood Borne Pathogen Training: In some state, counties, and countries, a Blood-Borne Pathogens Certification and training is all that is required, but most jurisdictions require that you have a license in the beauty or nursing field.
